Policy Dialogue on Industrial Development  -Phase 1-   Completed

GDF's policy dialogue on industrial development in Ethiopia is based on 3 components.

1. Direct dialogues with Prime Minister, H.E. Mr. Meles Zenawi
2. Meetings and discussions with senior policy makers such as Senior Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister,
the Ministers and the State Ministers of the relevant ministries (High Level Forum)
3. Meetings, discussions, and collaborative work with policy makers and practitioners in charge

In addition, various types of discussion meetings seminars are organized, involving the business sector, universities, research institutions, and other donors which have shown interest in our activities.

The Ethiopian Government is keen to benefiting from the past experiences of East Asian industrial development, not only the content, but also "specific" and "action oriented" formulation of policies and its organizational arrangements.
