われわれの産業政策対話は、首相との直接対話・書簡、関連省庁の大臣・国務大臣との会合（ハイレベルフォーラム）や面会、政策担当者との意見交換・共同作業の3つのレベルで実施しています。そのほかにも必要に応じて、企業・業界団体、大学・研究機関、他ドナーともセミナーや意見交換を行っています。エチオピア政府の主たる関心は、東アジアの経験を参照しながら、産業政策の中身のみならず策定方法や実施組織についても「具体的」で「アクション・オリエンテッド」な教訓を得て、それを選択的に実施することです。
